SENDminds is currently in the process of incorporating as a Community Interest Company (CIC) in the United Kingdom. Our application is currently being processed by the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies.

As a CIC, SENDminds is legally committed to a "Social Mission." Our primary purpose is to support neurodivergent children and their families through scaffolded scientific discovery and community peer-matching.

2. Asset Lock & Social Purpose

Our founding articles include a strict Asset Lock. This means that the majority of our resources, partnerships, and profits are legally dedicated to the benefit of the SEND community in Bromley and beyond. Every "Discovery Kit"  and every "Science Buddy" match is a step toward our goal of inclusive education.

3. Professional Affiliations

SENDminds operates in alignment with the CABI (Community Asset-Based Inclusion) framework. Our founder is a certified CABI Facilitator, ensuring that our local operations in Bromley meet high standards of community integration and professional conduct.

4. Intellectual Property

The "SENDminds " brand, our logo (featuring kids holding hands and space elements), and our proprietary Scaffolding Methodology are the intellectual property of SENDminds . Our educational materials are specialist-designed to break down barriers in STEM learning.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms and your use of the SENDminds website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
